Just about any time I could start a meal off with dessert. This week did not disappoint with a chocolate pudding made from scratch. The Ripailles cook book came to the rescue, as if my arm need twisting for chocolate pudding made from scratch! There is no going back to any made from a package or store bought or what not. It’s easy to make and of course the secret ingredient … a high quality dark chocolate! Add heavy cream and milk and two eggs beaten to creamy whiteness and then stick it all in the oven with the dishes resting in a water bath … chill to perfection and of course top it off with a cloud of whipped cream! Yumm!
p.s. … yes … I will peel out the recipe!
