Soup for supper on Monday

Today it will be a black bean soup, the easy way. Using the GOYA brand black bean soup and kicking it up a notch as Emeril would say. Pureed 2/3 of it, left some of it chunky, top it with some sour cream, avocado, diced tomatoes and alongside, the yummy flatbread from a couple of weeks ago. This time with raisins and chopped prunes instead of the dates, those were not in the pantry.
