Today we are serving up the cold weather potato soup from the Betty Rosbottom book Sunday Soup … prepared it last night and will finish it off with the grated Havarti with dill cheese before serving it tonight for supper! I think the flatbread will go well with it or nan bread warmed up just right to wipe out the plate. And it is soup weather … COLD outside!
P.S. … if you click on the look inside tab on the amazon.com page you will actually happen to get the recipe for the cold weather potato soup and another one for a tomato with Pernod … that one is delicious too … but it was on the menu last year! Not in the run for this year’s soup journey!
